Missing Items: If something’s missing from your order, we’ll deliver it as soon as possible or refund the missing item.
Rider Issues (Damaged or Misplaced Orders): If our delivery rider damages or misplaces your order, it’s 100% on us — we’ll replace the order at no extra cost.
If you receive the wrong item, let us know. We’ll either replace it or issue a full refund.
